Assistant Housekeeping Manager (Based in Singapore)

Responsibilities :

* Reporting to the Housekeeping Manager, your responsibilities include :
* Conduct daily briefings to the housekeeping staff
* Monitor forecasted occupancy to ensure adequate manpower on a daily basis
* Inventory audit and timely order of items such as cleaning supplies, linen supplies, guestroom supplies, minibar items etc.
* Proper supervision/training to all levels of housekeeping staff

Requirements :

* Minimum a Diploma in Hospitality Management equivalent
* At least 4 years of working experience in a supervisory role in Housekeeping
* Possess Leadership skills, able to motivate, provide guidance and training to the staff
* Excellent command of English and Mandarin
* Proficient in MS Office
