CUSTOMER RETENTION FOR SPARE PARTS
Responsible for function are :
* Identify potential customers who would be interested to collaborate with the company.
* Establish new relationships with customers and manage existing customer accounts through sales visits, regular follow-up calls, and other means.
* Conduct sales presentation to customers to introduce the company?s services and selling points.
* Propose, negotiate, and close deals with customers.
* Ensure delivery of quality services to customers.
* Report sales activities and achievements to the management.
* Monitor competitors, market conditions, and product development.
* Qualify prospects and product quality leads and opportunities for sales reps through cold calling, landing pad follow up, marketing campaigns, global call
* Analyze customer needs in terms of business obstacles, identifying prospects, scoping potential Oracle solutions, and establish account presence by building trust with key contact
* Maintain databases.
* Represent the company in the best possible way as the first point-of-contact to company guests and callers
* Min. Diploma from reputable academic institution.
* Experience as customer service in the field of Automotive spare parts min. 3 years.
* Excellent in written Bahasa Indonesia & English.
* Excellent in verbal Bahasa Indonesia.
* Passionate, motivated, has positive and enthusiastic attitude.
* Customer and service oriented.
* Excellent interpersonal & communication skills.
* Proficient in computer skills and softwares (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
* Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
